Leaving PosiTouch

Replace PosiTouch.

PosiTouch is still on a lot of floors around here. Replacing it is a menu rebuild and a staff that has to ring the new way — not a software update. We do that on site, in Myrtle Beach, Roanoke, across the East Coast, and in St. Thomas.

Current restaurant POS terminal

What owners are actually tired of.

Older terminals, a back office the manager dreads, and a system the next hire has never seen. The ticket still has to fire to the kitchen. Tips, modifiers, and the bar still have to ring clean on night one.

  • SpotOn for a full-service dining room coming off PosiTouch
  • Union if the business is a high-volume bar, not table service
  • 15" or 10" terminals, handhelds, and a kitchen display system
  • Delivery apps fired into the POS instead of a tablet farm on the counter

Cutover, not a rip-out on a Friday.

We build the menu and modifiers before anyone stands in front of the staff. Training is on site. Go-live is a shift you pick. Processing is reviewed at the same time so the new system is not a surprise on the statement.

  • Menu, mods, tax, and courses rebuilt before training
  • Servers and managers trained on the floor
  • Statement review so card fees are a separate decision from the POS
  • Local offices in Myrtle Beach, SC and Roanoke, VA — the team travels
