Palmetto Processing

Swipe fees

Lower restaurant swipe fees.

Swipe fees come down when the statement is wrong for how you take cards — not when a website prints a smaller percentage. We read a month of processing and show whether a change actually costs less.

Tableside card payment

Start with what you pay, not what you were quoted.

South Carolina restaurants ask this most, and so do rooms in Roanoke, the rest of the East Coast, and St. Thomas. The math is the same. Effective rate is fees divided by volume. Qualified rates, non-qualified buckets, and monthly junk fees all sit in that number.

  • Upload the statement on the form — PDF or a photo of the pages
  • We reply within one business day
  • If your current effective rate is already sharp, we will not invent a reason to switch
  • If the POS is the problem, a cheaper rate alone will not fix service

Fees and hardware are separate.

A free placement program can put 15" or 10" terminals, handhelds, or a shop terminal in with no upfront equipment cost. That is for qualified merchants, and the processing or term commitments are in writing before you sign. It is not a discount hidden in the swipe fee.

  • Restaurant cards: tap, dip, and swipe at the table or the terminal
  • Typed-in and online cards priced on their own, not blended into a fantasy rate
  • Auto shops and other counters reviewed the same way, on different hardware
