Palmetto Processing

About

Forty-plus years in restaurants. Now we install the POS.

A partner for restaurants, bars, and other counters. Local offices in Myrtle Beach, SC and Roanoke, VA—serving businesses across the East Coast. White-glove install, on-site training, and a contact after go-live.

Who we are

A local POS partner, not a catalog.

Palmetto Processing Partners helps restaurants, bars, venues, and auto shops choose the right hardware — then process payments with terms that match the business.

SpotOn is the restaurant management system we recommend most for full-service dining, including SpotOn Express for cafes and quick service. Union is the hospitality operating system we recommend for bars and high-volume venues. Tabit when mobility comes first. Clover and Square when the counter, budget, or shop points there.

Installation includes programming, staff training, and a contact after go-live.

Where we work

How a project runs

From statement to first successful close.

  1. 01

    Consult

Service style, ticket average, handheld vs. terminal. Walk-through on site, or upload a processing statement on the form.

  2. 02

    Recommend

The platform that fits the floor — not a kit we happen to have in the van. If you qualify for free hardware placement, that option is on the table. If a system is the wrong fit, we will say so.

  3. 03

    Configure

We handle the heavy lifting so you don't have to — menus, modifiers, courses, tax, tips, and hardware mapped to your stations, printers, and kiosks.

  4. 04

    Install & train

On-site installation and staff training scheduled around service — not a shipment left at the door.

  5. 05

    Support

A local contact after go-live: menu changes, extra handhelds, a second location, and day-to-day questions.

Next step

See which system fits the floor.

We respond within one business day. Upload a statement if you have one — we will map the right platform, pricing, and whether you qualify for free hardware placement.
