Leaving Aloha
Replace Aloha POS in Myrtle Beach.
Aloha ran a lot of dining rooms for a long time. Replacing it is a menu, a floor that has to relearn the ticket, and a cutover that cannot land on a Saturday. That is the job — in Myrtle Beach and anywhere else we install.

What actually has to move.
Items, modifiers, courses, tax, and the way the bar rings a drink. We rebuild that in the new system and train servers and managers on site. The Myrtle Beach office can be in the building. The same install runs in Roanoke, across the East Coast, and in St. Thomas.
- SpotOn is the usual replacement for a full-service Aloha dining room
- Union if the business is really a high-volume bar, not a table-service restaurant
- Kitchen display system so the pass is not on paper the first night
- Handhelds or iPhone tableside if the floor already walks the check to the table
Cutover is a service decision.
We do not flip the system at 5 p.m. on the busiest night. Training happens before go-live. A manager who can void, split, and comp stays on the floor with us. Processing is reviewed at the same time so you are not changing POS and guessing at the rate.
- Menu and modifiers built before staff training
- Go-live on a shift you choose
- Statement review so fees are not a surprise after the POS is in
- Delivery tablets consolidated into the POS if Aloha never did that cleanly
