Leaving Aldelo

Replace Aldelo.

Aldelo is still in a lot of independent dining rooms. It works until the computer, the card setup, or the next hire becomes the problem. We replace it with a system the floor can learn, and we train on site.

Independent rooms, not a chain rollout.

Aldelo rooms are usually owner-operated. The menu is in the owner's head as much as in the system. We sit down and rebuild items, modifiers, and the way the kitchen gets the ticket before we talk about a go-live date.

  • SpotOn when you want tables, a kitchen display system, and handhelds
  • Clover or Square only if the room is really a counter, not a dining room
  • Card processing reviewed separately — Aldelo and the merchant account are not the same problem
  • Staff training on site, in the language the floor already uses

Where we do the install.

This is common around Myrtle Beach and the rest of the coast, and we see it in Roanoke too. Offices are in Myrtle Beach, SC and Roanoke, VA. The same install runs across the East Coast and in St. Thomas.

  • Menu built before the staff sees the new screen
  • Cutover scheduled around service
  • Online and delivery orders into the POS, not a second tablet
  • Free hardware placement for qualified merchants, terms in writing first
